Travel Nurse , all the time

I have been traveling for the last year, and do not maintain a permanent home. I started out in Florida last winter, then went to North Carolina, then to Iowa, and I am currently in California now. I lived & worked in Wisconsin before I started traveling.

What do you do between assignments? I find I need a week or two at least, and sometimes it turns out to be longer before the right assignment turns up.

I have taken a week off between each assignment to travel to my new location & get settled in.
