I always see ads up for LVN positions near me. I was just wondering if they are a good company. I wanna know the good, the bad & the ugly!

I am on a travel assignment right now and I love them!! They've been great!! They call and email 1-2 times a week to check in.

Awesome! I was kind of hesitant but they seem like a good company. I should look further into those postings. Thank you!

I am on my first assignment with them and I love them! They are a smaller company and they pay more because they do not have as much overhead as American Mobile or Cross Country. They don't provide housing, but that is fine with me because I will never take a housing stipend, anyway. Cross Country offered me $600 less a month than Supplemental, FOR THE SAME ASSIGNMENT!

With 60 offices, they are not a small agency by any stretch of the imagination. They are smaller than AM or CC of course, but with that many offices, I doubt their overhead or demands by investors is any less.

Well, Ned, once again, just stating the facts. Interpret it as you may. Bottom line: They offered me way more than CC or AM.

If you know, please share the exact overhead numbers.

You have nothing better to do than argue with people? My goodness

I attempt to add information to a discussion. Do you have anything to contribute so that others might learn something of value?

Just did the checklists and I'm getting the text message "job posting" updates from Supplemental. Thanks for your comments. I was surprised to hear they are all over the country and in 16 years of travel nursing I did not know about them. Smaller companies are swallowed up, bought out, merge, and sometimes those that were once good change style and are no longer. The comments I read convinced me to stick with the app that I started with supplemental and not take the time and effort with app/certifications/references/skills checklists/meds exams/basic and specialty exams/ possible personality profile MMPI type testing...and all the rest ... and that's before reporting to a seedy lab and giving up my blood and urine.
