Schneider Children's OR Boston Children's PICU

I am weighing my options for my next assignment- the choices I am considering are either Schneider Children's in NY or staying in my present (despised) location for another month to be able to go to Boston. Anybody worked at either of these hospitals to give me the inside scoop? Is Boston worth waiting for (considering that I dread going to work on my present assignment?) Thanks!
