Referrals for "smaller" travel companies

Hi! I'm reading these threads about pay variences and job conditions, and it sounds like lots of you feel smaller companies are the way to go. Can you give me the name of some of the smaller companies you've had good experiences with? I'm running around in circles trying to make a decision.
