Question to all travelers

Hi, i'm a nursing student, and I still haven't narrowed down exactly which specialty i want to focus my career on. So far, the ones I'm most interested in are Mother/Baby, NICU, L&D, ER, PICU.

From your experience, which of these are the most requested by agencies?? and where (southeast, west coast, north east)?
