Question about Specialties

Hello everyone. I have a question about nursing specialties. I posted this in the travel nursing section because this relates to situations in travel nursing.

If I am a Registered Nurse and have experience in both L&D and ER is it appropriate to seek out travel contracts for ER and L&D? Is it common for men to specialize in L&D?
