Please Share with me the Best Company to Work for!

I intend to start on my first travel assignment sometime in January. I had thought about American Mobile, but after reading on here am not so sure. I'd like a company that pays well (obviously), and that offers fully furnished housing. I live in NJ and would like to travel out to CA. Which companies cater to you?! I dont want to take an assignment with a crappy company to start. Who do you work for and how is the pay? Do the recruiters work with you to get you everything you want? Whats the best company to work for?
