by RuthRogers Jan 9I start per diem nursing this weekend. I am very confident in the nursing part, but I am nervous about learning the hospital systems- charting, where to find medications or supply room, etc. How do you learn all of this without a day of orientation? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated

- Jan 10 by NedRNYou don't! You will become more efficient with more shifts worked. (Also with more hospitals worked). In the meantime, just ask your peers.
