NovaPro Staffing - Just how "Pro" is it?

I've been with Nova Pro for 3 years now and have been satisfied with them, they are with cross country and they are out of Tampa. I've found they are competitive with other agencies and my recruiter has always been on top of things and has always done more than required to get me ready for my next assignment. She has always gotten me where I want to go and if there were any gliches she somehow has always done something to smooth them out. Every problem that has occurred has had a good resolution.
