Only thing I can recommend is going with another agency. They are legend in their low pay and shared housing. There are several threads discussingthem.

Go with a company that pays better and is more upfront. Your company has a horrible reputation for low pay and poor benifits. Take a look at highwayhypodermics (do a google search) and look under their top 10 companys and start doing some research before you sign another contract. ALso talk to all the travel nurses you meet about the companys they contract with, find out about their pay, benifits, frequency of pay, satisfaction with the company etc. Other travelers are your best resource! You could also get some info at the delphiforums site travel nurses and therapists. There are many many resources for us out there. Allways do your research BEFORE you sign a contract.
