New to Travel Nursing

I'm looking to start travel nursing before the end of the year and am researching about it all. I have no idea where to start and what is important. Right now i'm doing web searches of companies, but when i found one that looked good i came on here and read that American Mobile wasn't really a good company to go with. Please help and let me know what to look for and how to start my search. THANKS!

There are multiple choices in travel companies. Quite a few are "sister" companies. Basically, they are companies that have merged. American Mobile has poor pay rates and their support is lacking. When I started traveling, I researched for about a year. Take your time. From a personal perspective, traveling is tight with assignments. It can take months to get an assignment. If you are a new nurse, it can be worse.

I agree with neurorn-

Travel jobs are getting scarce and the pay has been dropping dramatically.
