Need some advice on Faststaff

So I think I get it. Faststaff is a company who specializes in immediate needs (crisis rates and strikes) and offers guaranteed overtime. After speaking with them their pay rates seem good, but I am concerned about their customer service and housing.

I will need housing for 2 adults and a dog. Has anyone had any experience with their housing?

The housing their travellers had was ok at my old hospital. Not great, but ok.
