Need info on travel nursing

Hello! I have been an L&D RN for a year now and my husband and I have recently decided that before we have to many kids (our first is due in a few weeks) we would like to do some travel nursing. I have been looking up reviews on different travel companies and haven't decided on anything yet but have heard good things about "Richards Healthcare Inc." Does anyone know anything about this company? If not this one, then would anyone recommend any certain company?

Thanks for the info!

~Heather~

There are so mnay companies out there, it's ridiculous! Don't get stuck on one company, check out the benefits, have them find you positions and compare the options. The beauty of travel is the flexibility, so use it!

I haven't heard of this company, but then I had never heard of the company that I presently work for and am happy with. I've noticed that travelling with companies that aren't as big gets you a better package because they have a lower overhead; however you have to be extra careful that you know what is expected of you.

Good luck!

Forgive me if I sound ignorant, ) I had not even thought to apply to more than one company. It makes sense to compare what each company has to offer. It just seems like your phone would be ringing off the hook with recruiters trying to get you to sign off on what they are offering over their competitors. I suppose it is all a part of the game though. Any advice for a newbie on how to deal with this? ) thanks for the input.
