need advice


hey been a nurse for 3 years moving to TN. i am considering travel nursing or per diem was wondering what others thought? I am kinda nervous starting somewhere else any advice

Nice to meet you. Visit the Travel Nursing forum and the Agency forum.

I think three years of experience is plenty to start hitting the road. It just depends on how confident you are, and how you work with others, and how you flexible you are in dealing with others ways of doing things.
