- Aug 15, '12 by IndygirlRNYes. Most agencies have travel opportunities for RNs, CNA, NPs, and MDs. My first assignment was at a hospital where snowbirds came and doubled the town's population every winter so they heavily recruited MDs and RNs for 3-6mo assignments and travel positions.
