Information on NC Baptist in Winston-Salem and Preferred Healthcare?

Hello thinking of taking an assignment in Winston-Salem, NC at NC Baptist/Wake Forest University on the burn unit and information? I usually do Med/Surg would this be a lot different? Any opions on if it would be good for a first time travel nurse with 1 year experience???? Any information would be greatly apperciated.

I Worked 6 Years At Forsyth Medical Center..and Many Nurses Left Wake Forest (baptist Medical Center) Because Of The "clicks" There, And Came To Fmc...some People Just Do Not Like To Work Or Help Other...get My Drift??

sunshine----Don't try something new (burn unit) on your first travel assignment. Stick with what you are confident doing. New place and new co-workers will be enough stress! Good luck and have fun!
