I worked in the ER at Howard in 1998 I believe. Did the night shift. It was very busy but everyone I worked with was friendly. Didn't care for the housing in Alexandria. It was the coldest winter with lots of snow and the heat pumps they used didn't keep up. Spent many days waiting on the maintenance person to get the apartment above 50 degrees so I could go to sleep.
