How long to get an Oregon license?

Hello, I was wondering if any of you knew how long it takes to get an Oregon RN license. I want to travel there at the end of January, and I just sent all my stuff in last week, but was wondering if any one knew how long. I have heard from a couple of fellow nurses that it takes longer than usual. I am worried that I didn't send it in soon enough.

Also, has anyone worked in the Portland area? What is pay like? Any hospitals to recommend? Any info would be great, thanks!!
