Help please...Indian Reservation hospital connection

I will be finishing up a second degree nursing program soon and am interested in working on an Indian reservation, paying off loans, and getting some quality first year experience in-all at the same time - am I fooling myself thinking that this is possible? Any advice on where to start. I am extremely overwhelmed with all the travel nursing options. Can someone offer me some advice? Thanks
