Help! No one will give me a reference

Couldn't you use names of charge RN's that you worked w/ at these hospitals you traveled at? This is what I do when I search for another assignment, and the charge RN's usually submit a favorable reference for me. Good luck!

You really needed to be collecting references from each and every place traveled. I have. I would never ask my travel company for a reference they never worked with you what good would it do?

The previous post gave good advice with previous charge nurses at your last assignment. I would secure those.

My question to you is where are you trying to work that places such high value to references? To date I don't think I have ever gotten a job or been rejected due to my references. You sell yourself...
