Going staff - darn recession!

I hear ya sister! I'm doing agency per diem in a cheap enough area to live in NorCal while waiting for the contracts to open back up.

It is tough when there are so many Kaiser travelers out of contracts right now. I understand the med surg arena is especially hurting.
As for some of the southern locales, I understand plenty are opening back up. A lot of snow birds were waiting until after the election before heading south, so the hospitals were holding out on calling for contracts.
