Easiest/Most Difficult Areas to Travel

by Gottago

Everyone has their areas of expertise, but when traveling which area of nursing do you find easier or more difficult to adapt when beginning in a new setting? Do you find it easier/more difficult to adapt to a new setting, when traveling, as a med/surg, L&D, OR, ICU, etc. nurse?

Excluding the factor that every hospital has their differences, and each specialty has their differences; if you've travelled under multiple specialties, then what's your opinion? Purely subjective.

Or, put another way, if you've travelled under multiple specialties, then which speciality would you prefer, and which would you tend to avoid?
