Dt La County Hospital

I can't remember the exact name of the hospital. It's downtown, and I know its a large county hospital. It's Los Angeles Medical Center is close to the name. Anway....

What is it like to work in this hospital? staffing, charting, morale, ect. Any advise? Which is an easier commute to there....Culver City or Hollywood? I have read stories but I would like an opinion from a nurse or CNA that works or has worked there.
