contract extension

When the hospital and travel agency ask for you to extend. Should the contract read the same?? Or can there be a bonus added , more hrly rate ,something. Since the hospital doesnt have to orientate someone and the agnecy does have to work on another location or pay for mileage and travel expenses??

Thank you in advance for your help

You can ask for an increase in your hourly pay; you may or may not receive it (most likely you will). You can see it this way. The assignment should be a cakewalk, since you've completed or going to complete it. I'm not sure that helps or not.
