broken contract

I have had at least one facility that early cancelled ALL of its' travelers. But I have never dealt with being personally early cancelled.

That said, I know of a few nurses that have. If it happens once or twice, it usually is because the assignment was a poor fit. If it happens repeatedly, the travel needs to examine themselves and their interviewing techniques.

Was the cancellation due to a specific incident?

If the hospital overbooked it's not the travelers fault and I doubt they would have been able to tell that from an interview.

I was cancelled once because the unit couldn't afford travelers. Not my fault by any means. Now two years later that's all they have is travelers. Seems they can't keep/find permenant staff either. But, I'd never go back there.
