Have you ever been submitted to a hospital, under gone a phone interview, then decided to decline the offer to travel somewhere else. Then at a later date, be re-submitted to that hospital, only to find yourself with no call back or no offer, possibly due to being black balled due to declining at an earlier date?

May 1, '12 by NedRNOK, so you were shopping them. Why would they want to be fooled twice? Never waste an interview if you are not really interested. It also gives your agency a black eye. -

But to be submitted to a hospital, you need to like the proposed assignment enough (pay, location etc) to be ready to accept it if the interview was acceptable. So was the interview acceptable? He/she turned it down and now is coming back? Something off here.
