Best assignments in Colorado ED

Hello everyone,

I am considering an assignment in Colorado and would like some feedback on where to go and where not to go. Has anyone been to Grand Junction?

Thanks,
Cris

I live in Grand Junction. You have two choices as far as hospitals in town. St. Mary's is a level 2 trauma center. It's the largest hospital between Salt Lake and Denver. I know they hire travelers. Community Hospital is a 75 bed hospital, so I'm pretty sure they just stabilize and ship out.

I am very interested in Grand Junction area and noticed some openings at Longmont. I am interested in smaller hospital ED's and was wondering what Colorado Springs had to offer. We will be traveling in a Fifth Wheel and would like to be in an area with RV park access.

Thanks,
Cris
