anyone worked for Readylink?

Hi
I'm new to this and trying to figure out if I am doing it right. I guess I will find out.
I am curious about this company because they keep going back and forth with the contract. I am starting to get nervous about it.
Thanks,
Pam

Welcome to Allnurses.com..................

Never heard of that agency, but if they are wiggling over the contract, run, do not walk from them.

And this is with any contract..............if it is not in the written contract, then it doesn't exist. And if any agency needs to make frequent changes, then they are not the agency for you. You are right to worry.

They have a horrible reputation. You should check out Travel Nurses and Therapist forum on delphi. Do a search there and you'll get lots of feedback.

I've done both contract and per diem with them for 2 years.

For per diem they're good.

There are other companies like RNNetwork and others that offer better benefits.

What will really make or break your experience in travel nursing is your recruiter, so if you aren't happy with the recruiter, yes - run!

Waffling on a contract is not a good thing. I"ve had that happen with them - tell you at the last minute it isn't 13 weeks, only 8, etc.
