ANy advice on TALEMED assignment in Reno, NV

Hello,

I am a travel nurse of 1 year. I have been with supplemental Healthcare in Charleston, SC. I have recently received a phone call from Jim from Talemed for an assignment in Reno,NV on the stepdown unit. Any have any advice for me and if I should take the job??? Thanks yall!!
