I worked with a nurse while on contract in Scottsdale, and she was treated well, but there were some pay issues. Read every word in your contract, and speak up about what you want and don't want to deal with, or will not accept.

Verbal agreement are not worth the paper they are written on. If they say they will do it, make them put it in writing Good luck!
