American Nursing Services??

Has anyone travelled with American Nursing Services (not american mobile), or do you know if they have a good reputation?
I was looking seriously at RN Network but I haven't had a good response from them. Really disappointed because I had heard really good things about them. They were suppposed to contact me but never did, so I contacted them and they were suppposed to mail me information but I have not recieved it. Maybe it was just a fluke.
