    Does anyone know if there are actual trauma programs to conditon RNs to become trauma nurses in NJ? Have experience in critical care and am interested in switching things up a bit. Any information would be appreciated

    I would look into trauma courses like TNCC Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) (Trauma Nurse Core Course | New Jersey Emergency Nurses Association (NJENA)), ATCN Courses but knowing emergency medicine is important as well so CEN...and ENPC are also valuable.
