    If you work in the Trauma ICU you should become an expert in just about all areas of critical care. The trauma ICU I started in we dealt with ventric's and swan boxes frequently.

    After working in a trauma ICU, you can just about independently function in any other ICU ie: surgical, medical, neuro....CV is a little more detailed.

    I worked in a trauma ICU for 5 years and have learned so much.
