    Would you pick ED/ trauma in level 2 hospital
    Or
    Surgical trauma floor?
    Both are FT and both are at the same hospital.
    AND ... Would you go where your passion lies even if the schedule wasn't the best ? Or with the better schedule ? But not fully passionate

    Thank you. I'm very nervous and very excited. It's been a long road but I'm finally going to be in the area I have always wanted to be! My family will miss me ... again as i take a new job with long hours and i am turning 40 next week but i feel so privileged to work in this position! Any recommendations of books I can read?
