    Ok, good to know that I'm not the only one! I'm just gonna go ahead and take CPR class in the meantime.I'm looking at the AHA website, but the class we are supposed to take is BSL for Healthcare Provider?

    I was also wondering with the hepatitis series, I wont have my last shot until july and therefore, I will be getting my titer done right before school starts in august (like around august 18th). Will that hinder me in enrolling in any way? I was not sure if we just enroll at orientation or before that.
    You can turn in your record after your last hep shot and then update it after you get your titer results. The school wants to know that you're on top of things and not waiting until the last minute. Keep the office in the loop and keep back up records of everything!

    You need to take an AHA approved BLS class for healthcare providers. BLS stands for basic life support

    Carla- excellent question! You probably won't get it until after the big admissions happen, but it could be sooner... The SON website vax list is the same one we needed for Clinicals, so start there and if there are any changes, I'll let you know asap.

    Utmb is my first choice, twu 2nd (truthfully I'd be equally happy with either school), and I've been accepted to SHSU program but don't really want to make the move plus the nursing program hasn't been around for very long!

    Wbu? If you are accepted to both where will you go?

    Well, I have to move regardless of what program I choose lol but I am definetly picking UTMB over TWU. I would really love to graduate in december and not have a whole summer off. I want to be a nurse already! lol

    when did you get accepted? when is it on your acceptance letter? thank you very much! I just want to know if the school started to get more students after the first ten student. How is your GPA and TEAS score? If you feel not comfort to say it,that's fine and you do not have to say it. I have not get any thing from school yet. My GPA is 3.77 and TEAS score is 70.7. I am worried so much! I know my TEAS score is not good enough!
