- Aug 2, '12 by desjt3I have Microbiology left to take, I am taking that this fall. As long as you have 40hrs completed of the pre-reqs, and 8 of those are the science required courses, then you will be fine. You just have to complete the rest before the Spring semester starts.
- Aug 2, '12 by ammalegroDoes anyone know how to send your HESI-A2 scores to UTHSC - Houston? Oh, and is there a grade difference if classes were taken at a university rather than a community college?
GOOD LUCK for all those applying for Spring 2013!
- Aug 2, '12 by desjt3Quote from ammalegroThe scores are sent automatically to UTHSC from the prometric testing center site. If you didn't take them at a prometric site, and you took them somewhere else you would have to have that center send them your scores. I also think you have to pay a $15.00 fee to UT for testing somewhere else.Does anyone know how to send your HESI-A2 scores to UTHSC - Houston? Either way, always call to double check the school received them, prometric site or not.
As far as grades, I would think an A is 4.0, B is 3.0, and so on. I don't think university or community college grades are calculated differently....(not sure). - Aug 2, '12 by HoneyBug0112I just scheduled to take my HESI at the end of this month! Let the studying begin... WE CAN DO IT! :spin:Kimbers2882 and desjt3 like this.

I have not had A&P II (taking it this fall), but I've been going through the chapters over the endocrine system, circulatory system, reproductive system, ect. I'm hoping this will help with the A&P section.I just scheduled to take my HESI at the end of this month! Let the studying begin... WE CAN DO IT! :spin:
Good Luck!! - Aug 2, '12 by JessbirdQuote from Kimbers2882When I took the HESI I studied old lab notes and looked over my A&P book focusing on important points of the cardiovascular/renal/endocrine systems (since I had not taken AP 2 as well) The blue HESI was very helpful also. Don't overlook the hint boxes. Questions come from there.

Good luck to all of you! - Aug 3, '12 by ammalegroThanks desjt! Good luck with Microbio in the fall!
Also, in calculating GPA, if you've had to take a class twice for personal reasons, how much will they count off of your transcript? Is the grade for that class the latest grade or the average of the two grades?desjt3 likes this. - Aug 3, '12 by HoneyBug0112Quote from Kimbers2882I am studying from the evolve admnission assessment, kaplan study guide and a math book I found on amazon.
