    Thanks for all the help, I memorized the formula for celsius & fahrenheit but good to know that they provide the info. Okay, just one more question, this is over english. How can you tell the diff. b/w a simple, compound, complex sentences? Overall, what is a clause? I know that the book states independent/dependent clauses, but it really doesn't help when you have no idea what a clause means!

    I have to pass this question to someone else because though English is my strongest subject, I am horrible at explaining it lol. I do know that the ATI manual explains it pretty well. You could google your question too. Sorry

    Oh and I think of a clause as a fragment or part of a sentence. One clause can exist without the other (independent) and thus would exist as a grammatically correct sentence without the dependent clause (read fragment).

    Yeah i'm the same way, you did a good job in explaining it or giving me even more detail about it. I have an idea of what it is but just wasn't sure if I had it right or not... google should help too!

    Well, thats unfortunate. I did 2 points worse. Sigh, oh well lol. I did better in math and reading and 13 points worse in science and the exact same in english.

    Aww, well thats not too big of a difference. I thought you had a great score already, but its hard to know what's "good enough" with all the people applying. You are still above 80% though, so still a competetive score

    Hey, I'm new to allnurses. I applied to TWU sometime in November, but I sent in my transcripts around Dec 15th. I can't see an update of them receiving it. How do I check the status of my application and if they received mt transcript?

    Hi, I called the admission the other day as someone in this forum suggested, and they say they did receive my transcript but not update it yet. So, give them a call at 940.898.3188

    Only 5 more days until the application deadline! There doesn't seem to be too many people on here like other semesters though. Anyone else out there applying for fall 2013?

    I am applying for the fall also! I am literally about to walk out the door to take my TEAS test... Super nervous! Good luck to everyone! Waiting seems to be one of the hardest parts, but at least we have each other!
