by leckert Dec 10, '10Hi all,
I have not even start RN school yet, still doing prereqs, but I'm trying to look ahead to the future and explore possibly career and education opportunities. I found that Texas Tech offers a BSN to MSN program that includes family practitioner nurse. On the website, it says that it takes 48 credit hours. Since it is reffering to graduate credit hours, I'm not sure how long this program would take. I know 60 credit hours is 2 years of undergraduate coursework. Is 48 credit hours of graduate work around two years? Thanks for any replies...

- Oct 16, '11 by GarzaRNIt depends. Each semester is full time with 9 hours in grad school. Some programs are built to be part time which would be 6 hour semesters. Are these Fall-Spring-Summer years?
