    I am wondering if anyone is applying to Mountain View's new Nursing program this year! They are supposed to be admitting their first class in August (deadline is July 6). I have a couple of questions, hoping someone here will know- what is the average amount of points people usually apply with? Looking over the pre-reqs, I think I could have about 30 points but I'm not sure if this is enough. Also, for the classes you get an extra point for taking them at MVC, is it just MVC or any of the DCCCD schools that count for that? I'm guessing it's only if you take it with MVC specifically but it would be nice if it applied to all DCCCD schools If anyone is applying or has any info please reply!

    Does anyone have any insight on the Mountain View nursing program?

    Anyone currently attending there? Anyone applying this semester?

    You get extra points only if you take it at MVC. I have no idea what the cut-off point is since I've never applied to that program. But they really want to take their own students into the program.

    I did some researching around...
    Back in 2008 Brookhaven and Mountainview combined their applicant pool due to the # of faculty.
    2 applicants posted their points in which they got into the program with...
    31.3 & 34.67

    They also said they heard of people getting in with 29 points...not sure if they have the EXACT point ranking system but it's a little insight I guess!

    They do use point ranking system. I went to their information session last year.

    Hi! I am submitting my app to mountain view on Monday. I just wanted to know about how many are applying and how many points you have.
