Okay so im applying to uthscsa for the spring and was wondering if anyone knows what gpa they look at and any other helpful ideas to get an interview etc. my prereq gpa is 3.74 but my overall gpa is a 3.44...is that going to hurt my chances? i went in for a transcript review and debbie calculated the wrong gpa for me and i didnt notice until i got home. i hope they dont mess up with my application. eeeek im so nervous i wanna do everything possible to get in!!:D the only other place im applying to is sac but i much rather get my bachelor degree then an associates....

Hi guys,

I am not accepted...

but I was accpeted by another one in Idaho, so not too bad for me.

Anyways, Good luck to all of you!! And no more waiting, no more worries, we are set.

Thank you so so so much

Winnie

Winnie, sorry to hear that you won't be our classmate, but happy to hear that you're still going to be a fellow RN. When one door closes, another one opens... Glad to hear that!

BOND, I personally don't live in the medical center area so therefore couldn't recommend a complex, I live up by the airport (very nice area, very quiet) and won't mind the commute to school, which is only about 15 minutes.

Congrats Bond and Cali!!!!!!! I am so envious of all of you that have heard something!!!!! I can't wait for the waiting game to be done and over with!!!! I just want the stress of it to end so i can relax (one way or another!). :) :) :)

Hi guys! I got accepted! However I was also accepted to TWU-Houston, and so I am going to go there! It was my first choice so I'm very pleased! Hopefully this will bump someone up that is on the waitlist!! Good luck to you all!

Hey future nurses,

I just created my account so I can hopefully receive some feedbacks from you all even though I have been following with you guys for a while now. Well I got my letter on friday and unfortunately I was placed as an alternate and I was wondering, what are my chances of getting in? I called the admissions to see what number I'm listed as but they said that they don't have that kind of information. Hopefully one of you guys can help me...

I got the acceptance letter in the mail Friday! I'm so excited to meet all of my fellow classmates this January! ;-)
