My advisor told me via email yesterday that notification is going out "very soon"....so nervous!!!

I have a pit in my stomach! After not getting accepted for Spring 2012 I was so excited to be finally partnered and then my advisor decided a week ago to tell me the classes I retook wont count for this application period. It seems like that would be common sense, but I had discussed my plan that I was going to retake my 2 B's this January and she was all about it and encouraging and never once mentioned it wouldn't count. So, even though I am partnered, I still may not get in. My re-do's will count for Spring 2013, and I know it is only a few months later, but I really thought Fall would be "my time" LOL! I know I'm whining but I have worked so hard (we all have!) and it seems there is a roadblock every other month. There's nothing I can do about it, I WILL get in someday!

Does anyone know the MINIMUM hours per school YEAR that Financial Aid requires? I have absolutely nothing else I can take so if I don't get accepted for Fall I am trying to figure out what I need to do to meet their requirements.

Hi everyone,

Just wanted to give you the update I got from my advisor. She said estimated date for emails is late April to early May. Just thought I would share! I sure do hope they come sooner!

OMG! That is the best news I have heard all week! I sure do hope we find out befo I leave for vacation on May 6th!

Congrats on your offer from TCU! I was thinking of applying there but it was SOOOO expensive

My advisor emailed me today and said we will know very soon! Are there any other Baylor applicants on here? Wondering how many of us there are and what type of stats everyone has. Good luck everyone. Hoping we will all be having good news soon!

UTA applicants will know by friday by email who got in - Saturday at the latest. The dean herself said in the last NCC meeting however that emails will go out this friday the 20th. I am starting to get nervous because after looking at everyone's GPA's on here I don't feel as competitive as I did before. My stats are:

4.0 Science

3.76 Overall

3 of the 4 considerations

Am I still competitive? I seriously cannot sleep because now that I know it's only a couple more days it is ALL I can think about!

I applied to the on campus program because I don't like taking classes online.

So the AP BSN emails probably won't be going out Friday? Just the traditional? Because I know how difficult it is for someone to enter some email addresses and press 'send'. The waiting game is not one I am good at. I wish they would just set a date and then we could all look on that date! It would hold them accountable and save their advisors the hundreds of emails they get from us asking when letters will be emailed! But perhaps I am just too logical.

From what I have seen in previous boards , both program's acceptance/regret letters are sent at the same time. Hopefully that's the case again because I applied to both :)
