U.S.A. Texas

Published

Hi all,

For those of you who are in the UTA Nursing Program, can you tell me which books from this list you mostly used and which ones you didn't use?

Money is definitely tight right now and I would like to just rent the books that most people actually used instead of ordering all of the books in this list and end up not using some of them.

Jarvis, C (2012). Physical examination and health assessment w/nursing video skills package. 6th ed.

Jarvis, C (2012). Health Assessment Online for Physical Examination and Health Assessment, Version 2. 6th ed.

Jarvis, C (2012). Pocket Companion for Physical Examination and Health Assessment. 6th ed.

Hogan, M and Ricci, M (2011). Health and physical assessment reviews and rationales. Pearson.

Health Promotion and Illness Prevention Across Lifespan

Moved to the TX Nursing Programs for more of a response.

I have been searching for the same information that you asked about!! I start in January and was just wondering if you finally got an answer or from your own experience which books are most needed. Also did you end up buying the bundle or books individually?
