TWU Fall 2013 Applicants

Hello everyone!

I am starting this thread... a year early. That is how much I want to be accepted into the Fall 2013 BSN program at TWU in Dallas. I am taking my TEAS on August 30 so that if I have to, I can take it again the following application period (after September 1). I have finished my prerequisites (last week of Summer AP2 right now, hurray).

I hope other people see this forum so that we can all talk and encourage each other about getting into the program (and be stressed out together)! Seriously hoping that this next year flies by! I Look forward to get to know other hopefuls!

I applied to the Houston location even though I live in Dallas I am still hoping to get in though!

Hello everyone!! I applied for the fall 2013 program! I finally passed the Teas! My twin sister was accepted this past fall so she is in there now! I hope to Join her! We have similar Gpa and teas score so I'm hoping for the best!! I want to meet my former classmates !!

How does your sister like the program so far? Is she at the Houston or Dallas location?

Did anybody go to the open campus at Houston center? I was planning to go, but then something came up and couldn't make it. Can anybody share the info they have said about the Fall 2013?

She is at the Dallas campus. She said it's great program but tough!! Are you applying to Dallas or Houston campus??

So based on previous semesters, I think we should find out in Mid march around spring break. Is anyone planning on working part-time while they are in the nursing program?

Yes my twin recieved her acceptance letter on March 29th last year! I plan on working probably about two days out the week because I have a son. But my sister said its not a good idea! What about you guys??

Wow, March!? That is sooner than I thought we would find out! I am not planning on working during the program maybe a bit in the summer during our break though. I wish TWU would go through the summer :/. I worked double these past couple of years to save up to live off of that haha.

Yes I've been saving up too! I will probably start working second semester since it will be more adjustable!! Ugh March needs to hurry and come I'm too anxious!!!
