Texas Tech Traditional BSN Fall 2012

U.S.A. Texas

I'm totally new to this and I am amazed at all the information this web site provides! Is anyone else on here going to be applying for the TTU Traditional Nursing Program for the Fall 2012 semester? Also, I need to take intro to nursing and pathophysiology this Spring. Is it best just to take it at Tech? Any input would be most helpful! :D

@RedRaiderStudent I am going to the Lubbock campus and I have not received my official acceptance letter either. As far as I know, LittleMissRedRaider hasn't received hers as of yesterday, but I'm not sure if she did today.

@pgevedon Okay thanks, I'll let you guys know if I receive mine.

No problem! And I will let you know if I do as well :)

Thank you!! Yes, I believe you can, but if I were you I would start calling beacuse it took me forever to get those classes, because we are considered "visiting studets". And for Intro to nursing, the class filled up super fast. If you give me you email, I will email you the people that you need to contact:)

Magreen01,

Never mind I just sent you a private message on this website!

Annapr07 Thank you so much!!! even if I' going to El Paso program the contact info is the same? Also, how were those classes? & what kind of advise can you give me?

magreen01,

Yes because the classes we take are actually held in Lubbock, so we have to register with them, the El Paso Campus has nothing to do with the classes we need. Well the classes are pretty easy, the patho is a bit more intense, but my teacher always gave us a study guide for the tests, and the intro to nursing is mainly writing a few papers, and doing discussions. But overall both of these classes are fairly easy, have you ever taken online classes before?

Annapr07

Yes, I've taken several online classes, but in my experience all depends on the teacher. I'm just a little nervous I want to do well in those class and ofcourse once WE are in the nursing program :nurse:. This has been a long road and I can't believe, I'm finally getting closer to my goal
