I just bought solar water heating for my pool and hot tub. Absolutely wonderful.

The healthiest food I saw at the state fair was the pickles. Everything alse was drenched in deep fry oil. At least though someone can take that and turn it into biodiesel fuel

Fried bacon just doesn't seem right.

How else do you cook bacon? Fried bacon is a staple item!

Hey, one of my favorite foods to get at the state fair is cajun spiced black eyed peas. Those are pretty healthy; lots of fiber! No need to knock the great State Fair of Texas :-)

I don't know now really. At the one of the food contests recipes cooked with "SPAM" and others with "MALT-O-MEAL" did very well in the judging. Thats enough for my tongue to shrivel up in anticipation. That is just repulsive.

My gf and I went again yesterday, and it is still actually very light crowds there as compared to past years. That is sad also.
