Recent Collin ADN GraduatesRegister Today!
- by RN2b Hopefully Feb 13, '12I have applied for the Fall 2012 Collin ADN program, but I have a question for any recent Collin graduates. I have been over and over the ADN v. BSN topics and I am struggling with which route to take. I am wondering if Collin graduates have had as hard a time finding work as a new grad as these boards make it sound. Also, does the new recognition from NLN help when an employer sees where you went to school?
Basically, I'm just really curious about the job placement rate from ADN grads from the Collin program. Thanks!
- Apr 29, '12 by hb08491I just stumbled across this post so I am sure you have figured it all out by now. However, from what I have read and heard you will definetly have an upper hand if you have your BSN as far as jobs go. However, Collin college now has the concurrent enrollment plan so I think for the cost and just a little extra time ADN to BSN is the way to go. But I am a little partial as I just got accepted to start in Fall 2012! If you have any other info on the issue please do share
