    I am wanting to know what people think about working at North Hills Hospital? Also what people think about Baylor in Grapevine? I have 18+ years. Looking to stay in surgery. Thanks for any help.

    I don't have much input, but I do know that North Hills laid off quite a few nurses a few years back with no warning. From what I heard from a nurse who worked there, they hired a bunch of nurses expecting to increase patient census. When the patient census did not increase, they laid off nurses.

    I have never worked for Baylor, but 5 years ago when I was in nursing school I had clinicals at several Baylor facilities throughout the metroplex. I loved them!
