I'm new around here. This is a great place with lots to read and learn!

Anyway, does anyone know of a parttime lvn or adn program in the Houston area?

Thanks so much!

As far as I know there are no "part time" ADN or LVN programs in the Houston area. One can always take their pre req's on a part time basis but nursing school itself is full time.

Kingwood College (part of the North Harris college district) offers a full time EVENING program for the ADN which starts every January. That is the only evening program in Houston to my knowledge.

Hope that helps.

You can work full time and still go to nursing school, as long as you manage your time correctly. I've been working full time throughout nursing school and I graduate in may 2006, hopefully.
