I wanted to create a thread for those who have applied or are interested in applying for Parkland's residency starting this fall. Has anyone heard back from Parkland about any of the positions yet? :)

I got accepted into the MICU residency. Have you been accepted?

That's great news, congratulations! :) Have you accepted the position? I interviewed for the MICU as well, but have not heard back from them yet. When did they contact you about the offer?

I was offered the position on August 30th. I will go to the occupational health this coming Friday. Is MICU the only unit you interviewed for?

I also applied for the SICU. How about you? Did you have any previous nursing experience before applying?

I only had 4 months experience at the nursing home.
