U.S.A. Texas

I used to work from home for a telephone triage company. When I quit, I was in the process of getting my Texas RN license by endorsement and had my temporary license but not my permanent license. I was forced to quit my job because my family needed healthcare benefits and that company did not offer them, so I let the license lapse because I had no need for a Texas license any longer, but now that I have another full-time job with benefits working three days a week, I am going to go back to working for the triage company per diem around the full-time job and will need my Texas license after all.
Does anyone know if there is any way to reinstate my temporary license (it expired just over a month ago) and continue towards getting my permanent license, or do I have to go back to square one and start the entire process all over again as if I never had my temporary license?
Thanks!

I believe you will have to start the process over again. Have you checked the BON website? It should say everything you need to do.

Thanks for your reply. I did check the website but I don't see anything that addresses this particular situation. I tried to call the Texas BON yesterday, but I got the old "We are experiencing very high call volume and cannot take your call at this time. We are also not able to allow you to leave a message. Please check our website or email us at the email address provided", so I emailed them and am awaiting a reply.
Thanks again! : )
